Our Employees: Our Most Valuable Asset

“The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team.” Phil Jackson

We believe it is really important to get our team together offsite and away from their desks for some well-deserved fun. It helps us to get to know each other outside of the office and encourages strong working relationships within.

We recently held our summer event on a beautiful summer’s evening in Chew Rugby Club. We split into four teams and took part in a number of activities, including rounders, an egg and spoon race, a three-legged race and a far harder than expected space hopper race! We rounded shenanigans off with a good old-fashioned tug of war. Suffice to say there were some very sore bodies the next day!

At our event we also took the opportunity to recognise and thank those who embody our values. We believe that the success of our business depends not only on us working hard but also importantly, how we go about our day to day activities. How we approach our work is guided by our values. These are the behaviours and principles we feel are important for us to be successful collectively and set us apart as FundsLibrary.

Our Values Awards Winners Are:

Chris Lewis

In the short amount of time Chris has been with the business he has become a key member of the team. He is a truly client-first individual, and is passionate about ensuring that what we deliver really does meet the client’s needs. He uses his wealth of experience to drive quality and development throughout the whole business and has proved himself an inspired team worker, regularly sharing his learnings with other teams across the business.

Jordan Davies

Another relative newcomer to the team, Jordan has already proved himself to be a huge asset. He has quickly developed strong relationships with colleagues and inspires them to deliver on their tasks. He has played a pivotal role in a number of projects, ensuring scope and detail is captured correctly and refining various stories and project estimations. He has gone over and above to ensure that projects and initiatives run smoothly and has demonstrated exactly the right can-do attitude.

Congratulations to both!
